Refunds & Payments

• Payments will be made through Paypal (invoices only), My prices are in USD.• Please pay the full amount up front. If the commission is larger than usual, we can discuss payment plans.• If I haven't started your commission, You may receive a full refund. If I'm halfway finished, you may get a half refund. If you request a refund after the artwork is finished, there will be no refund.• If I'm unable to finish your commission for whatever reason, I'll give a full refund.

References & Modifications

• I prefer commissions with clear, non-shaded references.• I'll accept commissions that have no reference as long as you provide many references images. (Stock images, mood boards, pose references, facial expression reference, etc).• If no specific pose/facial expression is given, I will use artistic freedom for those.• If you want me to draw a specific outfit, please give me some form of reference (images, detailed description).• Once the artwork is finished, you are only allowed minor changes.
Major changes are only allowed on the sketch phase. Please be upfront about any changes you want!• If, under certain circumstances, I allow a major change on a finished piece, expect an extra charge.

General

• You MUST be 18+ to commission me, no exceptions.• I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.• I may use the commissioned artwork as examples of my work (unless you specify that you would prefer I didn't).• I continue to own the rights to the artwork, the character rights are only yours. (We both have non-commercial rights to the artwork)• I do not work with deadlines. Only in rare circumstances, I will agree to one.• You may edit the artwork all you want after it's finished.• You may post the artwork with clear credit.• You are only buying personal use rights to the artwork. If you want commercial rights, please let me know. There will be a fee.• Give me at least 2 weeks before asking for an update on your commissioned artwork. I should finish your commission in a 2 month period unless stated otherwise.• Do not remove my watermark from the finished piece.• Do not use my artwork for NFTs or AI under any circumstances!
